Z, if NN has a solid quarter and their new equipment is working and their operating environment is favorable, I think the valuation must change significantly. I forget who is keeping the list but my new numbers are (all in U.S. $$) -- Minimum TM will accept.....$60 Most likely bid (first bid, anyway).....$60 Upper limit bid.....$75 in a stock deal with $60 floor IMO, if NN puts two outstanding quarters together with a credible outlook for more of the same, the company will be valued in three figures within a year. I think any company serious about taking NN out would be wise to get that deal wrapped up in coming week. Mike
