I know what you're saying..but BB...this is an election year....rates are the ONLY thing that can stop this freight train from derailing...THE ONLY thing... we may get one more hike here at the end of Mar...but i would caution you...those 4 earlier ones have NOT taken effect yet...mortgage's are the highs of 1-2 years now..the tricle down effect will take hold soon..and slow this eco. a bit... and..i doubt AG will let this fabulous economy stop in it;s tracks...way too much at stake what with the "already" spent surpluses<G>... he may have gotten re-confirmed, but they will not let him kill the greatest expansion in history....not a snowballs chance in hell... and Bobby, this is not 1929...will ya forget that??? they are 2 completely different worlds...different in every way possible...well...except for the bulls then and now<VBG>...i probably had some relatives back then, hollarin' what crash???? hahahahahahahahahahaha
