Look PEWD , you had problems for weeks running , in months past
of orders just sitting, and cancellations not going thru for
the entire EOD's....It took me 2 weeks just to get
you guys to acknowledge this.....the trading floor person I talked too then. who said he would" be sure" to call me
back the next morning, and never did ! Found out a week later, oh, he had to go on vacation that day. Took weeks to
get you guys to admit you had a fatal flaw in your cancellation system! And that was close to 4 months ago !
And things are starting to get better you say????

Trying reaching your Tech dept? I just did make a call, refer to my last post. After waiting close to 20 mins on the phone
I reached a person who said she would "try" to make someone in the Tech dept aware of it...meanwhile , if i would like,
I could send and E-mail. Oh that is just great "support", PEWD, just great !

You say , you are having only "occasional " glitches in the trading end of MyTrack ? Try again , that just doesn't fly...Almost every day in the past month, it has been almost impossible to find any stability in MyTrade in the
AM gaps....trading platform freezing up along side with the data levell II screens totally down.....complete and utter loss of control of order entry and access...and now ,once again, having cancelled orders sit for 5 to 10 mins on the screens, and nothing happening....

That's almost everyday for the past month, in the AM, MyTrade has been almost non~functional for minutes on end.
And you say only an occasional Glitch? LOL!

You represent the company here, why don't you do everyone a big favor, and YOU contact Tech support for us all, rather than issue inplausible platitudes about how "everything is just fine & dandy "....and bring here a report of what you are doing to fix these very real and constant problems....

Just saying that things are getting better, might impress a newbie , or in chat support wher they tell you how to set your news alerts is just fine.....but really now----> what about when you are trying to trade QCOM or any other fast moving NASD tech stock, or the morning opens, and MyTrade completely freezes up and becomes totally useless! And this it did more often than not
the entire past month.....

You say it is getting better? why? Just because it is your job here to do so? There are plenty of traders here on SI
who would tend to disagree with your assesment.

...and meanwhile you are signing on more and more customers,
and you expect anyone to believe with that added strain, the system is going to become more stable?

I would strongly continue to advise anyone considering opening an account with MyTade to .....
------->seriously reconsider....very seriously !
