Did they say that this thread was to be entered into evidence??? They did indeed. This thread--ALL of it--and the RB thread as well. Exhibits 1 and 2. Plaintiff Amazon wishes to enter into evidence the entire thread of Silicon Investor and Raging Bull Website, because they contain thousands of defamatory and libelous postings against Amazon, too numerous to reproduce for the Court, herein. Therefore, Plaintiff refers to Silicon Investor's entire website thread as Composite Exhibit 1, and incorporates specifically herein by reference. Plaintiff reference to Raging Bull's entire website thread as Composite Exhibit 2, and incorporates specifically herein by reference I don't think we need belabor the point that any sane judge is likely to offer an immediate dismissal before buckling down to read some 50,000 posts, most of them irrelevant, many inane, quite a few insane.
