I may agree with you on the responsibility for the decline in the stock price (though TJ and GB have a heck of a lot of responsibility too), but not on this point.

You seem to forget that TCI had almost stopped the rollout completely before AT&T bought them. AT&T has been a substantial amount more aggressive in building up its plant- they just had a lot of catching up to do. Its Malone who was at fault here.
