Well folks(including Yacov), the win2k launch is on 2/17. Regarding settlement, both parties are still talking to Posner. The market expects no settlement. But you know, one could never tell. Say, Monday evening after market close, after their weekly Monday meeting with Posner, there could major press release that DOJ and MSFT have settled. This would cause a 20 - 30 point jump up in the stock in 2-3 days. The probability is high for this Monday evening considering it is the week of the win2k launch. But the probability of settlement ever is not high, in my opinion. No can tell. DOJ and MSFT are very secretive about talks after the DOJ leak in Jan. If this week we do get settlement it is an investors dream. I would buy with borrowed money should that happen. Stock will hit 80 - 85 PE of FY2000 earnings or 1.95 * 80 or 150 - 160.
