Thanks for all of the information. I have enclosed a link
to a sample gold fund, Fidelity Select Gold, which
actually is doing better than the XAU, primarily because
Barrick isn't even in their top ten holdings, but
Stillwater is!

Let's hope the gold sector continues to shine. This might
be the first time in 2 decades that gold and gold stocks are
actually going counter to the overall market, and if it continues, this might be a repeat of the 1970's.

Marantette has also suggested that this time, gold and gold
stocks may go countertrend to the main stock market.
