Judith, yes, you are absolutely right. I finally looked it up first-hand too. It's interesting that they chose to increase the authorized shares by a factor of three. Yahoo Finance shows 92 million shares outstanding, which means that the original 200 million authorized was already twice the # shares outstanding. . .
