I have no doubt Q3 and Q4 will beat last year. Doing $1.30 or $1.40 in Q4 seems like a heck of a jump but I haven't crunched any real numbers yet from expanded Rugrats and WWF lineup.

However, I wonder if a big part of this guidance is due to unannounced titles? I expect a batch to be announced by E3.

As for Harry Potter, I wouldn't rule it out until the license is announced.

A) Farrell was in England last week, conveniently right before these Potter toy and game licenses started being awarded

B) THQ probably stacks up well in terms of being kid-friendly, especially due to Rugrats (big in the UK).

C) THQ can probably offer more since the deal will mean more to it than just about any company right now. Would selling a few Potter videogame skus make all that much difference to HAS or MAT or even EA? No. But it would make all the difference to THQ. The company could even give Ms. Rowlings options, which would be sure to soar in value.

We'll see.
