I, for one, do (reluctantly).

I think that it is calming to my research process (I therefore stay focused) that I tell myself that the real fireworks aren't to begin until August.

Dear Martin; I have been reading your posts with interest and agree with you that managing the short position IS IMPORTANT and if Winnick is up to what you have stated it would only increase my admiration for him. The old days of just doing your job and the price will take care of itself I do not believe hold true anymore. I have been in many investments where the shorts destroyed very good companies resulting in them having to sell out to acquirees at ridiculously low prices.
I also agree they are at a pivital point in time. However, I have no reason to conclude that the next Conference Call will be anything short of Fabulous, do you? JDN
