TW: Thanks for the picks...you know when it comes to land...Location Location Location...and then Timing Timing Timing...<g>

A family member I was helping move a few acres in New Jersey a decade or so ago...held out to long...left a bunch of chips on the table...keep an eye on the real estate cycle in your area!

Regards,
LG

*OT* Thanks for the land tip but I already have my 275 acres in Stockton Missouri for my retirement so I guess we'll kind of be neighbors. <ggg>

Deer, Turkeys, Bobwhite quail, rabbits to watch and snack on from time to time and only about 2 miles to the lake for fresh fish. if I can only keep the loggers out that want the 20 foot diameter Walnut tree on the corner of the tract. They don't seem to understand the word no and why we won't let them cut down a tree cavemen leaned against while making thier stone tools, indians climbed to scout etc. I just have to hope it doesn't turninto a tourist area by the time I get to move there.

As for the market, there are some bargains staritn to show up but there will be even more this winter I suspect.<g> I sold SFA way too early but I always do that. <ng> Semms the under priced don't stay that way very long anymore. My friend KOMP also told me about TXB at 3 and I didn't listen either.

Good Luck,

Lee
