a. BRK already announced they are NOT buying back shares.

2. This means that there are other, better uses for the money, profitwise.

III. This is just my opinion, but I think Warren wants the shares out of the hands of quick buck artists, etc. and people that don't have confidence.

Remember, that everyone that has held for more than about two years is in the black.
