Thanks guys, I appreciate the sincere advice. And it's good advice. Believe me though I don't buy stocks JUST because they're cheap. That WOULD be recipe for disaster. The reason I bought Bebe was because I considered it a superior growth stock that always rebounds fast, and it had been up until this month. Maybe it still will be again. As for the IBM's of the world, I see its great technology, B2B biz, low PE, mammoth earnings and relastive safety. You're right too on a winner making up for even a $20,000 loss on another stock. Afterall, I am the one who picked QCOM at $45, ORCL at $24, COMS at $20, WIND at $12, CIEN at $12, etc. in the past. Trouble was I didn't hold long enough. Just a few of those shares (had at least 500 of each) would be worth a small fortunate now. The longest I ever held a stock was Netscape and that was my biggest gainer ever, $17,000. I am too eager to take profits sometimes, while too slow to limit my losses. I use a stop loss once and it immediately filled and then the stock went right back up so I never used them again.

So what are the picks now? Well yes UIS at $30 very good, I have a good feeling about ESHR, CORL. HDD was a recent buy. A top DD stock that just annoucned a buy-back program selling near October lows. MXTR another. Actually my portfolio doesn't look too bad if Bebe would just correct back upwards again. And drug stocks ought to bounce off this bottom. Ditto LU. When CIEN and CSCO soar, LU's value improves relative to the market. They also might announce a tracking stock. CPQ for the Alta Vista spin-off and Ipaq release. I'll hold that one too. Ought to be back in the 30's soon enough. I also like LOR at 18 and might buy and just hold that sucker until for a year or two. BSX ought to climb from 19 1/2. Might even get bought out.

Okay I feel a little better, thanks guys. Just having to swallow some "bad decisions" (more like bad luck as this really is a casino, let's face it). Good luck to all.
