Don't twist my words, I did not say that Brk was Tony Robbins. The law requires that a company disclose material changes, not a distribution of Pom Poms. Further, the advent of the destruction of Glass Steagal (the first time since the Great Depression) and the internet create interesting paradigms which have yet to unfold. Further, this Bull Market of which you speak has been running 10 plus years, and BRK has more than overperformed it (stock price wise, which I assume is your test) until recently. Here is a chart comparing BRK.a to the s and p 500 for 10 years: moneycentral.msn.com It is in Microsoft Investor.
