Thats where the "interpretation" begins<lol>..IMO, holders will get shares at a ratio of between 1.2 and 1.5(it isn't written in stone)..and personally, I don't see how COMS could disappoint the street(investors) and survive if they weren't distributed in the way their filing indicates(kinda a back to the wall thing),,so IMO yes holders will get the shares...;^) After the IPO things should become clearer,,I'm sure we are in some form of a quiet period,,for how long,,your guess is as good as mine
