Hi Barry, Thanks for the pointers. I'll check out the links you suggest. JMHO, but I believe you have drawn your baseline incorrectly. I see what you mean by regarding the baseline, but how do you decide what is significant enough to change the baseline? Experience I suppose - I guess you do hundreds of these over the years and you learn what is significant and what is not. In the figure I posted at maxti.com, I choose the baseline to be the support at $190. It seemed to me that the intra-day low on Jan. 31 was not significant enough to move the baseline. Thanks again for the help, Rick
