Well we never did acquirer Matrix aka Lodgistics.com but they still moved in on the 3ed floor. Why would they do that? Maybe they already had a lease and when the deal fell through. humm The Lodgistics.com Inc web page lodgistics.com They even have 4 neat pics of the outside of the office building that they share with PCBM. Some DD Lodgistics.com was incorporated on June 24, 1999 in Nevada Richard J DeMartini is listed as the President, Secretary and Treasurer, the same Richard J DeMartini who incorporated Matrix Technologies Inc on 3/31/99 also in Navada. The address of record for Lodgistics.com is 502 N. Division St, Carson City NV this also happens to be the same address as the Resident Agent "CORPORATE SERVICES OF NEVADA" which was the RA for Matrix and PCBM. Nevada Secretary of State Corporate Information web page sos.state.nv.us Things get a little more interesting when you call the Lodgistics.com phone number 727.669.7000 after hours, you get the option to lesion to the corporate directory in the voices of the employees. Joe Vallone, Jeff Turino, Carmon, a Leslay DeMartini and Richard DeMartini with the same voice as Leslay DeMartini but no Michael "Bruce" Hall. Then call PCBM and get the same voice mail system and still no Bruce Hall listed. Lodgistics.com and PCBM seem to now be one in the same, but Hall seem to be on the outside. IMHO The guy I want to talk to is Richard J DeMartini, he seem to be the Key player in all this.
