Biotech.... relative or absolute "value" has not necessarily been the place to be, but.... I would suggest that these issues, among those you listed, are absolute or relative bargains.....

Everyone will have their own list, and, again, "value" hasn't been the best place to be. KDUS is a special little situation.... almost no float. You could purchase the entire float for $3.6 million at Friday's closing ask, market value to book is only two, and "pop potential" can be had from several widely diverse angles.

Interesting: CIST is the only company in your list that closed under $1. How did you come up with this list?
