Wayne, Thanks for the link. I thought I had tried to find the document from NASD Regulation before, but I guess my navigation skills were not up to it. Plenty of reading material here. For anyone else trying to follow the link, it will not open the document unless you have already been there during the session. Hit "return to books on screen" then "search" for 2520, or work your way through the table of contents using the left margin index and the arrows. Dan
