The street get's paid on the commission & spread. They don't
care where you buy or sell.


No, the street's primary business is offing paper to bagholders. I've never done a study of this but if you look at *all* IPO's and determine how many of the initial investments panned out for folks, it would tell a sad tale.

Meanwhile the investment bankers and insiders get their cut regardless.

The little guy sometimes win, but the inside money always does.

Huge IPO run ups and drawdowns I am tempted to consider just another part of the process of picking bagholders pockets...

So then ..

the street is never net short or long anything.

And the people who are the most knowledgeable about the situation on the face of the planet, don't believe in the buy and hold stuff.
