That's exactly my concern. If you had listened to QCOM's last cc, one analyst specifically questioned Q's management about their royalty number because the market data showed cdma's sub was not that great. I had impression that Management indicated the reported royalty number was partially based on projection. Someone please correct me if I am wrong. CDMA sub growth is the key. If it indeed is fastest among all wireless technology and continues to accelerate , QCOM should be a solid investment here.
