P.S. My local computer store guy tells me Athlons sales are beginning to accelerate...He also really likes the K6-2 based systems! Sounds like he's fairly typical of what's happening at retail...Mr. Sander's Friday statement corroborates my retail guys perspective! niceguy, on another board I post on occasionally, a non semi I might add, a major discussion developed over AMD when unexpectantly, one of the posters suggested that we buy shares. I was surprised at the discussion....no one criticized AMD...just one poster questioned whether it had truly turned the corner. The rest of the posters were ready to jump in. Funny how things can change in a year. ted
