This brings about the sentiment and the chart pattern "3 peaks and a dome" similarities to the april thru july top 1998. If you remember the crowd got extremely bearish at the june low, i believe the SI bull-bear survey hit a record low, then the failing rally into the july top capitulated all the bears (19% II). now just give a minute and think about my nickname given last weak - bobby "bulla" -gggggggggggggggggggggggggggg-
