Skeets, Levitt is the most toothless tiger we have ever had in the SEC chairman position, so it is no wonder his comments are ignored. Under his stewardship, generally accepted accounting has become what used to be called cooking the books, analyst/company secret meetings have legitimized what used to be called illegal insider information and every firm in the country has one set of books for investors and another for the SEC. What a guy! <g>
