Scumbria re:Athlon has been moving forward ahead of schedule and it is kicking Intel's rear. Deal with it!

Elmer and the rest of the Intel folks can't deal with it. They're still living in Intel's glorious past. Although, Elmer did mention yesterday that he has accepted that AMD is actually performing beyond his expectations. Here's a little of what he wrote, "You may not believe this but I have more respect now for AMD than I used to. I was forced to accept the fact that AMD has a successful product in Athlon. It was painful but I accept it now. I have also come to realize that AMD may remain profitable for some time. That's why I have become an investor."

Elmer humbled himself long enough to post that. My how times are changing. Maybe Paul will come around and admit that he's an investor because of AMD's performance and not because all of us idiot (and much richer) AMDroids are driving up the price.
