Paul, >believe that the Intellectual Property associated with the Intel-HP development efforts are assigned to a THIRD COMPANY (owned by Intel & HP). SO - you can't STEAL what you ALREADY OWN ! That is the IP. The physical design of the MErced/ITanium belongs to Intel - and all the manufacturing rights belong to Intel as well. That is the right answer. So the FUD about Intel "borrowing" anything in Merced is just that, FUD. Tony
