Hi Kelvin,

I'd say you're right on base. I've put in a call to the company, I'll get the specific conditions of the warrants, then post it to the thread.

I have a feeling if the GE Capital deal goes through pretty quick, the warrants (THLCW) might be a better opportunity unless the conditions are unusual. However, until I speak with the company I don't know. I'll post to the thread as soon as I can.

See ya, take it easy :o)

Regards, JB

Spoke with John Litman at Telehublink this morning.

Conditions of warrants:

1. Warrants expire 5.17.00
2. Warrants are convertible at $3.50
3. Condition of warrant is THLC shares must be registered first
4. Registration expected in approximately 2-3 weeks per company
5. Warrants callable if THLC price remains above $5.25 more than 20 days
6. Once THLC registered, warrants exerciseable at any time

Side noted:

1. Funding through GE Capital expected in same time period
2. This is last funding company will need, after that they done
3. Multiple suitors attempting to supply funding, but not needed
4. Wirelessencryption.com and call center main focus of company
5. Call center making bank, profitable, and successful presently
6. wirelessencryption.com technology looks very promising

There you go, got what I could, picked up more warrants today at $2 1/32, thinking conversion at $3.50 in 2-3 weeks sounds pretty good to me.

Regards, JB
