This gets really interesting if you dig into it.... At this point, I am damned if I know what to think...several scenarios come to mind - varying from very good to a less than desireable outcome. There is just not enough info.... But basically, from 11/5/99 forward, there roughly 1.8M shares exercised according to SEC filings. The only 'planned sales' seem to be from the disputed Jalcento/Argyle/ect shares which are 'questionable' at the moment. I would be interested to see what others see as possible scenarios.... It is very interesting given the time frame on the disputed shares. Why the suit now? lee
