YF, need more than a name change. They need management to be replaced, PR, IR and a stronger business case. Michael wants to reward himself with a raise from $194,424 to $320,000, plus a bonus , plus stock options. Richard Smith receives $1,000,000 USD for management fees. If this was a growth company, there would be more announcements. There have been no announcements since July 29,1999. YF have certainly given no value to shareholders in 1999 and perhaps the AGM will be the turning point for 2000 for better. David
