poet....ot ot ot to get locatelli, you must travel from provence, over the alps to italy.....i'm sure somewhere in connecticut they have it....if not a day trip to mulberry street in the apple or even to federal hill? in providence will surely find you some....take it home and grate it yourself! such fragrance! red wine...not really....peasants preferred to drink the wine, or let it turn to vinegar...but rarely added to food...also "sauce"??? all "gravy" to me.....
