Maybe his attitude can flourish in another program also, but you'll have to come up with a case study for me as I cannot recall one, but can think of many that didn't.

Is that nine sacks a week or a year:)

PS. One does come to mind: Tyrone Wheatley. I guess there are exceptions to the rule.

Some more food for thought:

Seattle is one of the wealthiest teams in all sports, with no salary cap problems to speak of. Wonder why they didn't re-sign him, or Joey Galloway for that matter. Obviously Holmgren isn't fond of their "intangibles".
Sent Galloway packing to Dallas for a couple of 1st rounders, bad for the rest of the AFC West good for them.
The only good Cowboy players left are are the ones Jimmy Johnson drafted.

Good management and stability = wins
