I just read an article about "value investing" and how it's gone out of style. If you had all your money in "value stocks" today, you wouldn't be making any gains. On the other hand, the "over-valued" internet stocks keep on going up. Today you have to invest in what OTHER PEOPLE are investing in, so what something is "worth" doesn't mean much unless other people are buying it. GENE seems to be attracting more buyers lately, so maybe it will continue upward -- as long as people keep buying it.

Brian,

I still have an affinity for fundamental analysis. I believe fundamentals will have some impact on the way investors subjectively value a company. I consider it an ingredient in the recipe. Therefore, anybody who agrees with my premise who has any method of analysis?
