In the interest of keeping all my "friends" happy, I will wait to post it until after their positions are taken (filled out completely). So in interest of full disclosure, please note that I will be very, very long it, so please do not buy it just because I am, please look into it yourself - also: I generally do not let folks know I am out of something until I have actually exited.

I found the actual collar parameters for FON//WCOM on the WCOM web site, or the FON website, I do not remember which, but I do remember the upper limit was $81 or 82 and lower limit was $61 or 62, with a variable share exchange within those bounds. Bottom line to my way of thinking is WCOM is trading below its lower expected share price, therefore very limited downside at this point in time.
