I am not sure I can answer your question. Here is a try. I believe that the loan was a seven year loan written in 1996 due in app. 2003. The debt was convertible starting in 2000 if CRUS was profitable. The conversion rate was just above $24 per share. Was it a mandatory conversion should the price be greater than $24? I can't remember, but I believe that it is.

Stock float. I would think that it would not effect it unless the holder should want to sell the stock. With the positive nature of the company, this would seem not likely.

Anyone. Add and correct this if needed.
