that's crap, the higher the multiple, the MORE interest rate sensitive a stock's price is because it has to compete w/ the return of a risk free treasury. i found that traidng halt site (s if we'll EVER need it.. ho ho -s-) in any case.. for fun... it goes 10%, 20% then 30% and a close for the day. it was set on Jan 1st.. so we got halts of: 1150, 2300, and 3450. HO HO.. that stuff comes under the heading of useless information -g-
