mark...ot ot ot "paoli"

7800 square feet...is it a victorian or a warehouse? property values seem strong along the main line....trend is toward older homes, new in that square footage would be a few mil.....look at some of the prices the older homes in haverford near merion golf course have sold for...what's the worst thing that can happen...it becomes a bottomless pit?

sort of like "mr. peterson builds his dream house"...you can play cary grant!

my investments have all been in lower slower delaware, southern sussex county, dewey and rehoboth beach and lewes...getting pricey down there as the northern crowd is discovering it....real advantage is very low taxes....a major developer ,whose cousin is an infamous lawyer-murderer of the governors aide has a "beach" house, down the street from a lot i just purchased, valued at about $7m, taxes under 4k.............hard to believe, but no sales tax, economy coroprate funded...just got to get used to the web footed locals...
