thanks... my family has 13 accounts now with etrade and we are working on a number of issues.. IPOs, lost applications.. technical problems logging on to some accounts and a missing January active investor rebate..

I do escalate to upper management when necessary and that's exactly what I've done today... I'm pleased with how they handled themselves and they seem anxious to keep our business.. but they cant do anything for us until they've had time to research.. so I'll be patient for a few days..

funny.. when the manage said I had 650+ trades last quarter he suggested that that was alot of trading for all our accounts together... I had to point out that we did that much trading in just ONE of our accounts.. and we expect to do even more this year because we've convinced the rest of our families to start trading with etrade..

however, we'll pull ALL the accounts if they cant straighten things out.. but one thing etrade has taught us for sure is: Just when we're ready to quit and go somewhere else, etrade management steps in and does something right and we stay.
