Doug,

Looking at the chart it is safe to say that George C. did exactly what he was paid to do. He ran the price up with the 'tower of gold'
hype and he as well as Fairmile management bailed out. I am sure they made a ton of money.

Actually, consolidation is a great idea. It is the only way management can make the shares worth even less.

Doug I see your still kicking around here.FLA was one of the first stocks I ever bought.I took my loss on FLA as the best learning experience of my life.It was painful but it gave me the incentive to do better.Since losing all my initial capital on the tower of gold, I have done better than I could have ever imagined.Forget this one and move on.
