TI Article: Pick 'Em by Dale Baker

Buying new stocks is almost as much fun as counting your money after a run up like last fall (the 50% Gains portfolio doubled from mid-October to mid-January). When you are shifting a big chunk of your portfolio, however, you shouldn't just buy stocks on impulse. You need some sort of method for your madness. I decided to take a top-down approach. That means deciding which sectors of the market you want to invest in, then picking companies within the sectors that came out on top.

BOSC - plan to hold and see where it goes as long as the chart doesn't break down. My experience with other Israeli plays tells me that patience is the key.
