David, They are expected to announce fourth quarter earnings either this week or next week. I hope they also mention the $72 million payment they are supposed to have gotten for the early termination of the Silver Star management contract. Hopefully, if earnings are good, maybe they will get upgrades from the analysts. I'm also hoping their fiscal 2000 earnings estimates get raised. One penny year over year isn't very good. Alex
