MAXS management have been pretty good at making money in the past, and I think this company is showing signs of turning operations around. They show no signs of being interested in a liquidation strategy. i.e. no share buyback, looking to acquire with the cash. That might not be such a bad thing, but I like the conservative approach best. i.e., that cash is mine, give it to me.
