Contrary to what Molloy thinks about the shares going down the drain if ERICY wins it wouldn't be the end of the world. This litigation is just for the USA and the USA is a small part of the pie that's out there. I'm not convinced. If IDC loses to Ericy, the street will take this as an indicator of IDC's chances in other courts and their reputation will be further damaged (if that's possible). I tend to agree with Molloy unless IDC shares are already in the dumps when the verdict is read. Other sincere opinions welcome, Bux
