If you think that qcom is the only stock on the market that is going to go up sometime in the future, then yes.

There are a lot of other companies out there with better looking charts, and just as bright or brighter prospects.

However, if one wants to stay in Qcom with a losing position, there is certainly nothing immoral about that. :-) It's just that it's no fun.
