Thanks (and to your hubby as well) for that excellent analysis. That reaffirms my opinion that this is as close to a no-brainer as one gets. That also reaffirms my decision to play this with common versus with options. I am fully expecting coms to tank after distribution (after six months), but the palm value in itself makes this an attractive play.
