Jeb Bush wants to establish a more fair way of doing things for everyone. The top 20% of each high school class will be guaranteed admission to a state University. Other very good things to assure the door is open for every person to achieve based on their desire, drive, intelligence and ability. We will never get anywhere trying to "dumb down" the population. We need to work to bring everyone up to a higher level. At least, give them the avenue to achieve based on their abilities, desire and drive. Frank

Sorry Alex but once again you prove you don't know what you're talking about. The KKK is not headquartered in my home state of Florida. The National Headquarters of the KKK is located in Harrison, Arkansas. You can verify that by visiting the KKK home page - kukluxklan.org That is, if you want to do the research that you accuse others of overlooking!
