Iraq cheats ... Iraq threatens cuts.... ?

The less oil they sell officially the more they have available for the smugglers ... and the smugglers pay cash, no UN strings attached.

Figures.

Transocean (RIG)- Knight-Ridder Tribune Business News, Stock Pick Column, Feb.11

TRANSOCEAN
NYSE (Symbol RIG)
52-week range 19 5/8-38 1/2

If you believe -- as we do -- that energy prices are headed higher, then we have a wonderful "leveraged" play for you. Recently, Schlumberger merged their SEDCO-FOREX drilling unit with TransOcean, which should bring more institutional interest to the stock. Previously the balance sheet was a little "light." With the A+ muscle of Schlumberger, we believe that TransOcean will become a more attractive company for the "bigs" in the oil industry to use. From here on out, most of the big hits will come from offshore, and TransOcean should be the dominator. We believe the next five years will be a very exciting time to own TransOcean. Buy below $30.
