Instead of posting links I won't be looking at, please respond to the two main issues I raised that directly refute points you brought up: 1. The large institutional ownership of INAI that you describe as "minimal." 2. The large institutional investment in one of your favorite stocks, NSATF, around $2.50, even though you contend that "most institutions won't touch a stock under $10." Until you respond to these 2 points, it's still game, set, match....
