So all this means is that purchase accounting is being used instead of pooling of interests. No big deal. I thought FASB had gotten rid of pooling already... Maybe it's because AOL is becoming less of an "Internet company", so they elected to use the more conservate accounting practice.

In any event, cash flow is what I am going to be looking at going forward...

AOL's stock may be falling
Revenue growth will be crawling
But Man, they have a great swimsuit issue.
