Satyam Infoway Reports US GAAP Results for the Quarter Ended December 31, 1999 Monday February 14, 9:08 am Eastern Time Company Press Release MADRAS, India--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 14, 2000--Satyam Infoway Limited (Nasdaq: ``SIFY'), based in Madras (Chennai), India, released today its consolidated US GAAP quarterly results for the fiscal quarter and nine months ended December 31, 1999. Satyam Infoway's revenues grew significantly compared to the relevant period for the previous year. Total revenues for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 1999 were Rs.184.6 million ($4.2 million) as compared to Rs.22.0 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, representing an increase of 839%.
