For those that don't understand this, you can take a look at avbc and gmch. They both did the same thing and the "E" was removed the following day. It's a pretty cool move. There were a few really smart people out there that started up "blank check" corporations or empty shells and kept them fully reporting. Then a company like QTEK comes along, reverse merges into the company and leaves QTEK and the surviving company. They are then a fully reporting company. End of story. No pink sheets. Gotta love it.
